Managing Partner Harri Hollmen has an extensive career in CEO positions and as an executive board member in multiple organisations including Union Bank of Finland, Merita Nordbanken, Leonia Group, Sampo-Leonia, Sonera Corporation and Sonera Plaza. He was also a founding partner in HLP Corporate Finance and in Intera Private Equity.   He has negotiated numerous mergers and acquisations  both as an advisor and as a business leader. He is familiar with the challenges after the transaction.

Harri Hollmen has in-depth experience in ownership and balance sheet restructuring as well as in equity and debt financing.

In addition to its advisory role Novum also invests directly in small and medium sized enterprises. Novum is continuously looking for new co-investment opportunities both in Finland and abroad.
